CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT A card is required to book all appointments. A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. CANCELLATION POLICY Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. LATE ARRIVAL Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time. Full service fees still apply. PAYMENT Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, Zelle, Cash App, and eligible HSA/FSA cards for qualifying services. MINOR POLICY Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete consent forms prior to the appointment. For massage services, a parent or guardian must remain in the treatment room. For skincare and waxing services, a parent or guardian must remain on-site. HEALTH AND SAFETY Please inform your provider of any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment. Services may be refused if contraindications are present. GUEST POLICY To maintain a peaceful environment, guests or children who are not receiving a service are not permitted. Right to Refuse Service Allure Skin & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or any situation that may compromise the safety, comfort, or well-being of the client or service provider. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service and full service payment will be required. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies listed above.
