CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT A $25 deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and are non-refundable but may be transferred if at least 24 hours notice is provided. CANCELLATION POLICY Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of the deposit. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. LATE ARRIVAL Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time. Full service fees still apply. PAYMENT Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Accepted payment methods include card, cash, Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal. MINOR POLICY Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete consent forms prior to the appointment. For massage services, a parent or guardian must remain in the treatment room. For skincare and waxing services, a parent or guardian must remain on-site. HEALTH AND SAFETY Please inform your provider of any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment. Services may be refused if contraindications are present. GUEST POLICY To maintain a peaceful environment, guests or children who are not receiving a service are not permitted.
